31 October 2026: getting ready for launch
Accounts and billing
- Change your sign-in email in Settings > Security. We confirm the change from your current address first, then verify the new one.
- Delete a workspace, or your own account, and download your data, from Settings.
- Invoices, your saved card and billing details in Settings > Usage, through Stripe's billing portal.
- Owners get an email when the balance runs low or runs out, when telemetry stops, when the monthly spend cap is reached and when an auto-reload fails.
- A free trial: $10 to spend in 14 days after a card check. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first top-up.
- Welcome and setup reminder emails, each with an unsubscribe link. You can also turn them off in Settings > Security.
Alerts and incidents
- Alerts, checks and automations can email the workspace's owners and admins, or any address. When there is no chat tool connected, setup routes new alerts there.
- An alert recovers after three clean minutes. If it fires again soon after, it reopens the same incident instead of opening a new one.
- The incident diagnosis no longer calls a slow service of your own a third-party outage.
- The agent says whether a number covers the whole flow, and names the step each number counts.
Setup
- Latency SLOs and alerts wait for 300 requests of traffic and never go below 100 ms, so a quiet first hour doesn't produce noisy alerts.
- Install steps that work on a hosted workspace. Setup now tells you when telemetry is refused, and why.
Privacy and support
- Flowhawk staff can't open your workspace unless an owner lets support in, for a day or a week, from Settings > Workspace. Every visit is in your audit log.
- Help & feedback in the app sends your question or idea straight to us.
- Public docs, a status page, and our terms, privacy policy and DPA.
