# Flowhawk > Flowhawk is a hosted observability service, built on ClickStack (ClickHouse), that monitors a software team's business flows, like sign-up and checkout, rather than only servers. When a flow breaks, it shows how many customers were affected, which deploy or change most likely caused it, and the traces, logs and errors behind it. An AI agent investigates incidents and proposes fixes, such as a rollback, that only run after a person approves them. Key facts: - Input is standard OpenTelemetry (OTLP over HTTP or gRPC) with an ingest key, or a Sentry SDK pointed at a Flowhawk DSN. Existing instrumentation keeps working. - Signals: traces, logs, metrics, errors (grouped into issues), browser and mobile sessions with replay, LLM calls from the customer's own app, uptime checks, database queries. Every signal is tagged with its business flow and step, and pages link to each other by flow. - Incidents, alerts, on-call paging (push, email, text, phone) and status pages are included. - Coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) connect to Flowhawk over MCP at https://api.flowhawk.dev/mcp, with the same roles as the app. - Flows, alerts, dashboards and collection settings are YAML files with their history; every change is a reviewed diff that can be undone. Each workspace's config is kept in a git repository on Flowhawk's side; connecting the customer's own GitHub repository is not available yet. - Pricing: a prepaid balance in US dollars, no plans and no per-seat fees. Free trial: $10 of usage for 14 days after a card check that charges nothing. First top-up $30. About $0.20 per GB of telemetry sent (kept 30 days), $1.25 per agent investigation, $0.25 per agent question. 30-day refund of unspent money on the first top-up. - Data is stored in Germany (Hetzner, Falkenstein). Agent requests go to Anthropic's API, which may process them outside the EU. - Runs hosted by Flowhawk, on the customer's own ClickHouse, or in the customer's AWS, Google Cloud or Azure account (early access). There is no self-hosted edition of the whole platform. - SDK packages (Node.js, Python, Go, Java, .NET, Ruby, PHP, browser, mobile) are not yet published to public package registries. Until they are, send data with any OpenTelemetry SDK or collector, or a Sentry SDK. - Contact: hello@flowhawk.dev. Sign up at https://app.flowhawk.dev/signup?trial=1.
